Graphics
Once your order is placed, a preview of your design will be sent to your email within 1 to 4 business days. Please be aware that the exact timing of this email may vary depending on the specifics of your order.

For individual graphics and accessories such as mini plates and upper fork decals, your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days following your approval of the design.

Full graphic kits (without a proof) will be shipped within 7 to 9 business days.
Bolt-On Kits

Orders for full Bolt-On kits will be shipped within 8 to 10 business days.

If your order includes an individual Bolt-On plastic, it will be dispatched within 5 to 7 business days.
Seat Covers & Parts

Shipping
At MotoInk, we are committed to getting your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. For all UK orders, we use trusted couriers to ensure next-day delivery. For international shipments, we partner with reliable delivery services to offer fast and secure express shipping options, regardless of your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note, depending on your location, shipping times may vary slightly. If you don't find the email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder to ensure it wasn’t misdirected.

Please be aware that MotoInk is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. All orders are shipped using a tracked service, and the tracking information will include the expected delivery date and time. We recommend that someone is available to accept the delivery. If necessary, you can adjust the delivery date through the tracking details provided. Once your package has been shipped, responsibility for it transfers to the courier.
Returns & Cancellations
Please be aware that MotoInk is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. All orders are shipped using a tracked service, and the tracking information will include the expected delivery date. We recommend that someone is available to accept the delivery. If necessary, you can adjust the delivery date through the tracking details provided. Once your package has been shipped, responsibility for it transfers to the courier.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations due to changes in personal circumstances.
